Luna De Miel: Streets Part II

Tell me this isn't the most adorable cottage you have ever laid your eyes on? The best part? It's one of the most renown hotels in Victoria. Quaint and with exceptional service, this place will leave you reminiscing on every second spent here. Seriously though, Victoria has captured my heart in so many ways. I am more than thrilled that I got to be impressed by this place not only because of the trip but also because it's where I got to spend my Honeymoon.

Let's take it back to the streets...

One of the first things I did when I arrived to Victoria was grab my camera and head out to walk around. After our hour long ferry ride, I was anxious to get to some sightseeing. Especially since the most prestigious hotel and High Tea was down the street. Victoria also has great taste in cars. Just look at this gorgeous Audi R8

Everywhere I looked was a photo opp.

Every. Single. Where.

And no.. I won't apologize for all of the cars. <3

There were a lot of different characters too. I suddenly felt like I was walking through a movie set.

Or was I?...

Ok, maybe I really did happen to stumble on an ongoing movie set. Nothing special, just another Air Bud sequel. Hey! Who knows, maybe it'll end up being my favorite movie since I basically judged it during production. I promise however, the rest of the photos were not setup at all. In fact, I couldn't really walk where they were filming but, they were in the vicinity at the time; I just so happened to be strolling across the streets while they were working.

Ugh just check out this beautiful FJ Cruiser

Seriously the best moods here too...

This was one of my favorite buildings. I wish I would of found out how far back it's dated. I can't even begin to imagine how old it could've been. To still be standing is seriously beautiful. In Miami, where I am from, it's hard to see a building that is older than the 1900's. Therefore, I am pretty impressed when it comes to architecture that is still standing. I also have never been to Europe, so maybe that's why too.

On our last day in Victoria it was an absolute gorgeous day. Sun was bright, it was cold but not freezing, and it was the weekend so everyone was out & about.

So many different characters, I could've roamed the streets for hours. This gentleman was kind enough to let me snap a photo of him. He had a banjo, need I say more?

The Parliament building was also a great sight to see. I went there on different days...

And at different times...

And different angles...

Architecture is so fascinating to me. Here stands this enormous structure in which we humans get to dwell in and even live in; the most absurd part to me is that these things came straight from someone's imagination. How crazy is that?! I can't wait to show you the rest of the historical buildings from the area, stay tuned!
